The Perfect Place to Stay in North Devon

One Bedroom Cottage,  Dogs Welcome!

Beautiful Location

We might be biased but, after searching Devon, Cornwall and Somerset for our new home, we think we live in the most beautiful, magical part of the South West on the fringes of Exmoor National Park with stunning views in every direction.

The only noises you are likely to hear are birdsong or the gentle babbling of our brook in the valley.

Perfect For Dogs

This isn't your typical dog-friendly holiday cottage. It is a holiday DESIGNED for dogs, with facilities and services to match. Our aim is to give every dog and their human the best possible experience, with lots of happy memories to take home.

We only have the one holiday cottage on site, so this is a great place to stay if you have a nervous or reactive dog, or simply want a peaceful haven where you can relax and unwind.

Guests have the use of an enclosed orchard area and an all weather manege, in addition to their secluded courtyard garden.

Take a walk through our wood  down to the babbling brook for a paddle, or book a session at the neighbouring secure dog field so your dog can let off steam in safety.

Accredited dog trainer on site ready to help you plan some fun training sessions and to help with any struggles you might be having with your dogs.

Activities For All!

Of course, you don’t have to have a dog to enjoy your stay with us - walkers, cyclists and anyone wishing to enjoy rural Devon are equally welcome.

We have an abundance of wildlife and ancient, unspoilt grassland, drover's lanes and woodland to explore. There are hills, valleys and pretty villages all close by. National Trust properties to visit and the wonderful RHS Rosemoor within reach. Exmoor Zoo is on our doorstep and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park is about 15 minutes drive.

Surfers will find themselves about 30 minutes from Woolacombe and Croyde Bay

After dark our famous Dark Skies are a delight
